Do I have to stay at the Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen?
Nope!
We absolutely loved this resort when we visited back in 2020 and still highly recommend it. That said, since it's an Adults Only resort, we totally understand if it’s not an option—especially if you're traveling with kids. If you end up staying off property, just let one of us know and we’ll be happy to arrange a day pass for you for the wedding day!
I can't seem to find a lot of information on the venue location.
It just recently changed from the Hilton Playa Del Carmen to the Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen. Even in the middle of us reserving the event. You can still find a lot of reviews under the old Hilton name.
How do I get to that area from the Cancun airport?
Playa del Carmen is an hour or so out from Cancun. Sometimes when booking accommodations, you can also schedule a roundtrip shuttle service at the same time.
We did this in 2020 and had no issues.
Where is your registry?
The only presents we want is your presence!
Why a destination wedding?
We love traveling and vacations! We are using this an excuse to have a vacation with our closest family and friends with a featured wedding in the middle.
